• How does one access the private part of the web?

    The restricted part of our web has been designed to offer exclusive services to the members who form part of our group. To access it you need to get in touch with the Manager of your centre. He will handle your registration and we will send you by e-mail the necessary data so that you can enter the web.

  • Can I change my password?

    After we have registered you as a user of our web you have the option of changing your password. You can do this through the menu My Account/Password.

  • What do I do if I forget the access key for entry or the user code?

    If you have forgotten the access key you must contact your Manager or Head of Service so that they can let us know, by e-mail to: atencioclient@lrc.es. We will contact you to give you a new password and remind you of your user name.

  • I get the message: The user name or password are not correct. The maximum number of attempts allowed has been exceeded. How do I unblock the user?

    To unblock the access key you must get in touch with your Manager or Head of Service. He will notify us by e-mail to: atencioclient@lrc.es. We will contact you when your user is unblocked.

  • I get a message advising me that my password has expired, what do I have to do?

    The system will warn you 4 days before your password expires and will direct you to a screen where you can change the password when the right day comes. Then you will need to put in new key and you will have made the change of password.
